We guarantee that you get more than what you expect for every product you buy. Below is our policy for returning an item.
Most products can be returned within 30 days. Certain items need to meet certain conditions to get a full refund and free shipping on return.
For products that is not sold directly by ViBore, items should be returned directly to the seller instead of ViBore.com.
Automotive products
If the item is defective, customers can receive full refund or free replacement during the period of warranty.
Baby products
Can be returned within 90 days from the date of delivery. Please note that breast pumps have a requirement for returning: It should remain intact, with the manufacturer seal.
For baby items that is eligible for free return shipping, there will be a message indicating that the item has free return on the product page. Customers will not get the shipping fees if the return is not because of our errors.
Electronics
Electronic products such as computers, tablets that the box remains unopened, or arrived in damaged condition, or doesn't start, can be returned with a full refund.
Games and Software
These digital items are not returnable after the purchase.
Jewelry and Watches
These items must be returned together with all original documents (certificate of authenticity, box, warranty cards, manuals, etc.). Only items that are not altered after delivery are eligible for return.
About Return Shipping
In the Online Returns Center, there is return label for you to use when needed.
Return shipping if free of charge if the item is eligible for free shipping upon return and the errors is from the seller side. If we find that the item is damaged by customer side, we will deduct the return shipping fee from refund.
About Free Return
Some product that have free return offer will receive free shipping for return. To find out whether a product is eligible for free return, customers need to go to the product page and look at the product specification section. If there is the phrase "Eligible for free return", the product is qualified for return with free shipping.
Please note that we will not refund the original shipping fee for all products.
